Art Walk Support
You are always ready to join your neighbors to pitch in to keep Art Walks strong.
Learn what it takes to organize it all!
Includes benefits of
- Small reusable signage for window
- A social media post with one image business/location, also a mention when we showcase your artist
- listing in our online google map directory and website
- mention on the printed map of your location
$70 - one event

Enhanced
Art Walk Support
You want to get involved and see lots of new folks on Art Walk night! …Don’t worry, we’re doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
Includes the Basic Art Walk Support benefits PLUS
- Social Media enhanced package with several different images, a flourishing description and shout-outs / re-shares on stories and your own posts about the Art Walk specials you’re offering.
- Incentive Games/Program involvement with Visitors
- Enhanced presence on the new LARGER printed map.

**Annual packages include a large 3x5’ flag w. steel outdoor pole/mount to display as often as they like.
Benefactor’s
Pledge of Support
You are convinced that Art Walks are a key part of Helena’s Downtown vibrancy.
*This package is best suited for retail, restaurants, and bars where gross income on Art Walk night exceeds $2,000 due to the extra boom in visitors that Art Walks bring — artist guest not required.
With this pledge you promise to donate 5% of your gross income gained during Art Walk nights.
Pledge participants may elect to receive:
indoor counter signage + customer cards
a large 3x5’ flag w. pole/mount for outdoors
you select your artist guest from a curated short-list suitable to your location
an Art Walk advisory board seat (meets 4x/yr)
a letter of record for your charitable giving for your tax purposes of 2025 (above service received)
involvement in other fun little promotions as they are dreamed up
$50 up front — will be credited toward your first donation invoice (each seasonal donation not to fall below $190)

Get Involved in the next Art Walk:

Word of mouth is best, but we will also have a great presence online, the radio, newspapers, and maybe even on television too. We could use help with re-posting, and behind-the scenes work leading up to this point.
Until Helena can depend on this event regularly, this is the costliest part of the event. Artists know how to stretch a dollar, so please know your donation$ for this effort go a long way!

All the signage, maps, and extra program efforts like our Fairy Doors will need to be delivered on these three days.
We also need someone to help us take photos, and another to collect email addresses of visitors.

The Omerta Arts Syndicate is seeking roughly 6-8 representatives from Helena’s Downtown business owners who value the mission and goals of the Art Walk program — to provide vital feedback from and help communicate with specialized segments of the host community.
They will meet four times a year for about 1-2 hours.

Give your $pecial thanks to us here or place a few thankful dollars into the donation boxes placed around town. -
Each season, our website hosts interactive google maps that list artist and business names where you last saw them.
These Maps will remain up for one year.

Leah & Chris and the Omertà Arts artists are here to preserve, protect and promote the art scene in Helena.
We believe art is Inclusive, Healing and Valuable.
In addition to offering studios, advanced classes, and exhibition space, Omertà Arts offers a Social Club.
We will host a series of seminars for artists who wish to level-up, monetize, promote, archive, and write about their work.
In addition, we offer advanced photograph packages, classroom & gallery rentals, 24/7 access packages, gallery opportunities/exhibitions, publications, and more at a discount to Social Club Members.
Among several great programs offered to the public at cost and for free, we plan to announce our 2024 programming for Cancer Survivors, and Veterans to participate in new creative art forms.
