Clay Portraiture with Kelly Rathbone Rebo
June 10-11, 2023
Ten participants from Montana and across the nation joined Kelly Rathbone Rebo in a weekend-long intensive workshop to build, express, refine, and adorn a figurative portrait sculpture in clay. Each participant will completed a 3/4 life size bust (wall mounted) by the end of the workshop.
“I would highly recommend taking a class a Omerta, where Chris and Leah foster an environment of creativity that is casual, friendly, and welcoming. In addition to the first-class ceramics instruction, delicious lunches were provided both days, including vegan and vegetarian options.”
- Nancy Thurman
“Kelly Rathbone Rebo led the class I attended; she was extremely helpful and attentive to all the students. In this class Kelly demonstrated her step-by-step technique for creating a ceramic head/wall-hanging. A small class size allowed for ample one-on-one time. Kelly is both an artist extraordinaire and an excellent teacher! I learned a great deal.” - Nancy Thurman
