Asa Thomas Metcalfe is a freelance journalist and writer published in fiction, poetry, and non-fiction, and holds degrees in Creative Writing from the University of Maine as well as a degree in Journalism from the University of Montana.
He was a sports and arts reporter for the Montana Kaimin and editor-in-chief of the Seeley-Swan Pathfinder. He has written articles about various arts subjects for DSCVRD Magazine, Idioteq, and American Vulgaria, and sometimes has the opportunity to work with artists for whom English was not their first language.
