Pottery Wheel Basics - Level 1
Enter the slippery and satisfying world of pottery in a beginner’s class brought to you by ‘Modern Montana Makerie’ guide Joy Kelso. You will center and strengthen your beginner’s skills on the pottery wheel and embark on hand-building support in a very small class with lots of individual attention.
In the next available course, based on student feedback, students will experience two more weeks, and meet every Tuesday & Thursday evening from 6-8pm.
This adjustment to our future course will enable students to fully cover the practical skills and concepts for success — AND apply them in the last couple of weeks for great gains.
Students will leave the course with possibly up to a half-dozen well-made pieces with significant practice and focus. The class is geared for adults, students above 16 yrs. may apply on a case-by-case basis by the instructor.
